Most frequent questions and answers
Acrylic – My Acrylic pieces are both lightweight and durable (stronger than plastic). They are cut using a Glowforge using designs that I create using Procreate and Adobe illustrator.
Clay – I use polymer to create my clay pieces, which is a clay that cures when it is baked and is extremely lightweight! After baking, the clay still has a little bend to it, especially if you go outside in the sun! However please do not bend your earrings, they are still able to snap.
All posts are stainless steel or titanium, which are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
Worry not! If you get any makeup/stain on your earring, a cotton swap and alcohol will help! However I recommend to put on any earrings after makeup/hairspray is applied!
Some earring styles may come with brass pieces attached to them! Please note that from time to time they may need some additional cleaning to keep them looking fresh. There are many ways to do so, several including household materials! I recommend using lemon juice and baking soda to make a paste, then a cotton swab to coat the brass piece. Another method is using ketchup!
I do recommend to keep earrings stowed away in a dry place when not in use to help ensure the longevity of your earrings!
Shipping / Processing times: current processing times are 7 to 10 business days. This means that orders will be dropped off to the post office within this timeframe, and delivery time from this point may likely take 3 to 5 business days or longer, depending on USPS shipping times.
My earrings are all made by hand in my apartment. That means that pieces will vary, shapes may come out differently, there may be minor imperfections/bubbles. That is part of the beauty of handmade – however, I would never sell a piece I wasn’t 100% proud of!
