Psyche had just fallen into a death like slumber. Eros found her and begged Zeus for a way to let them be together. Not just in the current time, but for the rest of time! Zeus granted his wish and allowed Psyche to eat ambrosia – which is the food of the gods. After eating this, a human would gain immortality! This awoke her allowing Psyche and Eros to live happily together and eventually have a child named Hedone, the goddess of all things pleasure and joy. I really do love a happy ending. Especially since I only knew the beginning of the story for years, not knowing that they do get to be together forever!

The Greek Mythology collection is one I’ve had in my brain for almost a year now and I am so excited to have it available now!

Some background on these acrylic material pieces, all shapes/illustrations are designed by me either on my iPad or on Adobe Illustrator. They are cut out with a laser cutter and then need to have their backings peeled off front and back before they are assembled.

Despite being a type of plastic, they are still very durable and lightweight. All the earrings posts are nickel free and hypoallergenic. To attach my earring posts, I use resin, if you have any known allergies, feel free to reach out to me via email and I can use another method for you.
